Graphic Designer

Saviom is a world leader in resource management software with a client base across the USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Europe, and many other countries. Many of our customers are Fortune 500 companies such as Fujitsu, Siemens, Alix Partners, Konica Minolta, and many more.

Saviom has offices in Sydney, Vadodara, and London and is expanding its team into Bengaluru to bring in its first members to its growing marketing team. Saviom operates under the name of Alphatech Software and PMentire Solution in India. To support our engineers who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Graphic Designers to our existing team.

We are looking for a candidate who can create and lead Saviom’s UI/UX efforts. The candidate must be able to understand business requirements, conduct user research and testing and then turn the solutions into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. Primary Responsibilities:

Participate in the development process of multiple websites and products from idea conception, research, and wireframing, to visual execution, and development support
Research and identify design problems and opportunities to enable the best user experience
Develop user experience journeys relevant to business situations
Create ideas and concepts leading to design prototypes with intuitive and delightful user experience. Drive design workshops and collaborative sessions with other teams within the company
Create original graphic designs and interactive user interfaces and elements
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Design simple flows and elegant experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes
Contribute to the brand’s marketing strategy with a unique visual language

Experience:

2 years+ of experience in UI/UX designing is must
Proficiency in UI Design software and handoff tools: Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma & Adobe XD)
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills or experience are a plus
Prior experience in B2B preferred but not compulsory

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Alphatech Software (www.alphatechsoftware.com) is looking for a 'Software Developer' with an outgoing positive attitude to join our growing Baroda-based team. The role is engaging and challenging, allowing you to grow and nurture your career in a dynamic technological market. The position will expose you to the advantages of a fast-growing business and our worldwide prestigious client base.

We are looking for a candidate who can create, curate, and lead Saviom’s web development efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Front-end Development:
- Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Dot Net Core, VB.Net, and C#.Net.
- Implement interactive features with Vanilla JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Leverage Window/Rest API for seamless integration.
Backend Development:
- Design and maintain database structures using MS SQL and MySQL.
- Develop scalable backend solutions to support software applications.

Skills Required:

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts.
Produce clean, efficient code based on project specifications.
Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging for optimal software performance.

Experience & Education:

0-6 months expirenced candidates required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Developer, showcasing expertise in specified technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
