1. Content Writer, Bengaluru, India

We are currently looking for a content writer to join our Bengaluru based marketing team. The ideal candidate would be a passionate writer who can create and curate content independently so as to help further Saviom’s content marketing efforts. Must haves include strong writing skills, a creative flair, attention to detail, and basic digital marketing know-how.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and informative blog articles and eBooks that comply with SEO best practices for Saviom website
  • Write engaging customer case studies and creative features
  • Write versatile copies for brochures, infographics, email and social media posts
  • Work on internal as well as marketing video scripts and assist design function
  • Support the marketing team’s role in harnessing diverging market potential
  • Research trends relevant to the target market and ensure content remains fresh
  • Contribute to periodic content marketing meetings with feasible ideas

Experience and Skills

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in content writing with basic digital marketing knowledge
  • Professional fluency in written and spoken English
  • Ability to research different topics and produce relatable content
  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines in a high turnover environment
  • Strong time management skills to effectively juggle several projects at once
  • Potential to work independently in a fast-paced, growing team
  • Understanding of the B2B marketing process will be a plus
  • Work experience in an agency will be a plus

2. Business Development Manager, Sydney, Australia

We are looking for an enterprising, proactive and congenial individual with demonstrable sales acumen. A proven ability to cultivate and establish a business rapport throughout the sales lifecycle is essential.

You will be responsible for curating a pipeline of new opportunities and adding client accounts to the existing database, essentially expanding the use of Saviom’s products across the US (EST/CST time-zones) and EU market. Your focus will be on the client journey throughout the entire sales cycle, from demonstrating the product and providing advisory direction to successfully closing the deal.

You’ll also work closely with our Australian and UK counterparts. Therefore, a natural affinity to work within a team as well as independently is expected of you.

The applicant should have experience interacting with high-profile executives in Fortune 500 companies to be successful in our dynamic sales culture.

Core responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Saviom’s Enterprise management products to different leads generated through either yourself or from Saviom’s pipeline.
  • Interacting with different stakeholders within prospective organisations- from low-level managers to C-level executives.
  • Promote internal selling with new and existing clients to further and maximise product usage within organisations.
  • Provide experience and best practices in the resource and project management space to existing clients.
  • Identify and interact with solution providers and strategic partners for reselling within the market.
  • Managing and dealing with junior sales counterparts in our India offices.
  • Reporting directly to the head of sales and infrequently with the CEO.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in selling to medium-to-large sized organisations across a variety of industries.
  • Promote internal selling with new and existing clients to further and maximise product usage within organisations.
  • Experiential prowess and knowledge of expanding software solutions in key target markets at a rapid pace.
  • Experience in the software B2B space is a strong plus but optional.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time-zones- US (EST/CST time-zones) and European timezones.
  • Strong Project Management conceptual knowledge. A PM certification is a plus but not a must.
  • Ability to meet sales goals and execute sales action plans.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy within the marketing, sales and IT industry.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post ads to appropriate job portals.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

Experience and Skills

4. Business Development Manager, Bengaluru, India

Saviom Software is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Bangalore team.

We are an Australian software company, selling enterprise level management solutions- in the Resource and Project Management space- to some of the largest firm’s across the world (check our client list on our website www.saviom.com ). We have our sales and marketing team based in Bangalore with further offices in Vadodara, London and our headquarters based in Sydney.

We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and sales savvy permanent to join our team. You will be responsible for building and developing a pipeline of new opportunities and essentially expanding the use of Saviom’s products across the European and North American(EST time-zone) market.

You will be focused on the entire sales cycle with your potential clients, from demonstrating the product to closing the deal. The role is a mix between engaging with inbound and generating outbound leads. A hunter mindset is necessary.

You will also be working closely with our counterparts in our other three offices. The candidate will have to be dynamic and have experience in interacting with executives in Fortune 500 companies. The candidate must also be comfortable working in a small but dynamic environment.

Saviom has offices in Sydney, Vadodara and London and is expanding its team into Bengaluru to bring in its first members in its growing marketing team.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to create, curate and lead Saviom’s web design efforts in our Vadodara office.
